Yet another Phillip Mannerheim designed French provincial home located in one of Melbourne’s more affluent streets and next door to the Pratt Family’s estate in the heart of Kew down by the Yarra River.This 80 square home with sub-basement was built on a very challenging slope with excessive fall from back to front.The home features a grand stepped entrance from street level up, a wine cellar, a large water feature, and the other usual inclusions of this type of home such as extensive wrought iron, Calcutta Marble, large skylights, and many decorative render moldings as well as internal plaster strapping and ceiling details.The project was constructed in 12 months.
