Company Profile

Manchen Projects is a boutique company specializing in medium to high end residential dwellings, townhouses, renovations and low rise commercial projects.
Our company services the Melbourne metropolitan district.Our target market are developers and 2nd/3rd home owners.Our company structure consists of an Operations manager, project manager, administrations manager and core group of contractors.
We have a close network of building and design professionals and consultants.
We provide construction advice to developers and home owners regarding purchasing new/existing properties.The company was formed in 2006.

Our Philosophy

Before construction

We review the design by checking the functionality of the floor plan and connection details because we treat each project as if it were our own. We provide cost effective options that don’t detract from the overall concept. We like to get involved from the design stage to help minimize problems and complications down the track to save both time and money for the owners.

During construction

We use contractors who are proud of their workmanship.
We continually look out for improvements in design.
We provide our clients with feedback and updates to keep them involved.

After construction

We provide prompt service in attending to any rectification works and are always just a phone call away if anything is required, even just advice or instructions on how to use certain systems within the home.

Directors

SAM ROITMAN – OPERATIONS MANAGER

There aren’t many building professionals that have as well-rounded level of experience as Sam Roitman. After completing an apprenticeship in Carpentry in 2002, Sam gained valuable office management experience preparing tenders and managing construction budgets for various boutique home builders namely in South Yarra and Balwyn.From there he joined his family business taking on the role of Site Manager overseeing multiple architecturally designed homes concurrently. During all this time, Sam developed a strong network of clients, building professionals and tradespeople which he maintains today, providing him with the resources one needs to succeed in this industry.

GEOFFREY ROSENBERGER – PROJECT MANAGER

After completing a tertiary degree at The University of Melbourne, Geoffrey spent a valuable year working on the Crown Casino complex. From there Geoffrey decided to pursue a career in the domestic market and for the next decade developed office management experience in estimating and contract administration for various major construction companies in Melbourne. In 2008 working for the Meydan Group, Geoffrey gained insight into the construction of high rise apartments. By early in 2010, Geoffrey registered as a builder and in conjunction with Sam has now completed many successful developments to date.
