Another tight construction parcel in inner-city South Yarra (Circa 2008), this 25 square home backing onto the train line opposite the Jam factory utilizes every square meter of the block.Features include Zinc cladding, a ‘floating’ staircase with concealed stringer in the wall, state of the art appliances and, a massively long island bench, 2 balconies, and a small front garden court yard.One of these images featured in the March 2009 issue of ‘House & Garden’ magazine.Also designed by David Watson who specializes in this sort of inner-city designs (www.dwarch.com.au)
