Another Phillip Mannerheim design (www.phillipmannerheim.com) also being constructed for a developer and primed to be sold is similar again to our other French Provincial homes, this one built on a timber sub-floor due to flood zone requirements.This home features an elaborate curved staircase on top of all the standard French Provinvial home features.This project is expected to be completed in July.
