This project (Circa 2009, built for a developer, was a very challenging construction being in a one way, narrow Street, just of Clarendon street, close to Albert park and the South Melbourne market.A daring modern contemporary designed courtesy of David Watson (www.dwarch.com.au), this project was built to the boundary on every side.2 triple story townhouses, they had their share of logistical and engineering challenges
