A classical French provincial home (Circa 2012) designed by much renowned and award winning architect Phillip Mannerheim (www.phillipmannerheim.com), the home featured all the typical inclusions of this style of home including extensive render mouldings, toscano cement based render, a limestone clad fireplace, European Oak floors, feature panels doors and fix materials, Calcutta marble stone, feature pendant lights, mock chimneys and extensive bluestone, marble, and Travertine claddings.Everything from the front fence wrought iron, to the front doors and internal wall paneling was of the highest detail and workmanship.
